Behind Lacuna Assist
Lacuna Assist was founded by Sharon McGillicuddy, an operations specialist working with founder-led and internationally operating businesses across finance, travel, construction and professional services.
Over the past decade, Sharon has worked inside fast-moving environments where discretion, clarity and execution were non-negotiable. From UHNW advisory firms to scaling service businesses across multiple jurisdictions, her role has consistently sat at the point where complexity begins to build.
